When aspects of your health are out of balance, be it nutrition, digestive issues, sleep, stress management, cravings, fatigue, chronic illness, insulin resistance, hormone and thyroid issues, auto-immunity… it creates a ripple effect through your mind, body and soul, that hinders your ability to maintain the energy in life you need to foster living your life in balance. How you choose to respond to what is going on in your health either helps or hinders your opportunity to adapt to creating a strong foundation for robust health.

Health coaching and Nutritional Therapy is the bridge that helps to connect your health goals and needs to your daily life.

Hara Health Collaborative takes a bio-individual approach to Nutritional needs. By utilizing your food journal, systems survey and lab work along with Nutrition Response Testing we come up with tailored recommendations that are attainable and that foster confidence in making the changes and gaining the knowledge you need to live your life in balance.

While Health Coaching is Health Assurance, it is not covered by Health Insurance, all sessions are Self-Pay. A Superbill can be provided for some health coaching services under certain CPT codes.

*Cancellation Policy — All appointments must be canceled within 24 hours. Any Session not canceled within 24 hours will be charged a $100 fee.
